Puppy Application

Our goal is to produce happy, healthy and structurally correct puppies with a true golden temperament. Whether you are looking for a family companion or show our first goal is to breed the temperament and characteristics that best suits a versatile life style; family companion, show, obedience, field, tracking, agility and much more. Golden Retrievers need lots of space to run and play. They do well in suburban or country environments where they get lots of outdoor exercise, but keep him/her well-fenced for his/her own protection.

Goldens need to be in homes where they are going to be in the house and part of the family. Goldens do not do well when not included in the everyday adventures of your families life. They like to be with people not left forgotten in the yard day after day, night after night and never be part of the family.

Please complete the following questionnaire as it will help us in the process of considering your application for a Tygold puppy. All information will be kept confidential and used only by us.

NOTE: Completing this application does not guarantee you a puppy. It is part of the process in a sequence of events that take place before awarding a family a Tygold puppy/dog.

INCOMPLETE FORMS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED - if you have a question, please reference it at the end of the form.
