Before you apply, I’d like to share a little about the property and living environment so you know if it’s the right fit for you.

Our home is tucked away on a private 4.77-acre property, surrounded by nature. I am a breeder of purebred Golden Retrievers, so there are times when things can get busy with dogs on the property.

We are on well and septic, so during the dryer months (July–September), we need to be mindful of water usage as the well can run low.

In the winter months, heavy snow can sometimes make driving down the hill a challenge. While the City is generally good at plowing, there are times when we park at the top of the hill and walk down.

The ideal tenant is someone who enjoys a quiet lifestyle, values a natural setting, and appreciates the quality of the suite and its high-end appliances.
